Outstanding service! I brought my 2017 Lowe Fishing Boat in for a recall repair. Jake was friendly and flexible to get me scheduled before I left town for the season. When I arrived, I was helped immediately. Steve, the technician, worked quickly to complete the repair. While I waited, I met several other staff members. They were all friendly and engaging. I brought up an unrelated issue with the boat to Jake. Jake went above and beyond what I expected to try to help me resolve the issue. Recently passing thru Ricelake we had a total failure on our boat hitch making it

untowable. Called Dan, he jumped into

action, handled transportation, repair and storage, all at a very reasonable price! Saving a lot of worry while we were on vacation. Was lucky to find someone so helpful while on the road.
